What do you think of the death penalty
I think it should be applied to mudererd that have killed over 4 people, and the killer must have been of sound mind

And it would have to be proven beyond any doubt that he was the murderer. Because if not it's Ooops, killed the wrong guy...

Snow here disagrees with the death penalty, because if they did something that bad, is death more of a punishment, life in jail is a whole lot worse then if your dead? I believe that they don't deserve to die by medication for the death penalty, if they did something that bad.
I think that life in jail is a whole lot less fun then dying if you think about it. I mean, what would you rather due, spend the rest of your life in a jail cell getting out for an hour a day and getting prison meals, or ending it all by death? If you are looking for justice, then jail is the way to go, not the death penalty.

I would actually want to die. Death penalty is also more logical, we have a massive problem with over crowded prisons. so if the death penalty would be in place, less crime, less money wasted, more space.
Im going to have to disagree with the justice part Snow. The whole concept is eye for an eye, becuase even if you spend life in prison, you might as well be dead, becuase there is no point.

Exactly, you would want to die, what I am trying to get acrossed is that what kind of punishment is it? Dieing I mean. What would stop you from killing if the consiquence was dieing instead of living your life in a jail.
Yes, we have over crowded prisons, and at the moment I'm not sure ho to respond to that... And I'm watching a movie, so its hard for me to think right now.

Clearly, your not making much sense.
Plus if we put a possible death penalty killer in prison, it would give him even more chance to kill his inmates

Plus, think about the family of the person who was murdered. Do you think they'd want to know that the murderer is alive, even if he's in jail? Cause even murderer's get out if they have a good lawyer. On the flip side, if an enraged family got their hands on the murderer it wouldn't be pretty. People ain't saints. So the death penalty, while a punishment, is merciful in it's own way.

Yes, and they killed a human, they dont need any mercy. Yes, there are families that don't want the death penalty for the killers because they want the killer to go through hell in jail instead of getting off easy with death.
