The Big Never-Ending Question

This is is the question that has plagued anime forums and will start WWIII to Inuyasha fans. So, which is just a better character? And which one id better for Inuyasha?

I, personally, have to vote Kagome. She has personality, she has a soft sweetness, and she is pure. Although Kikyou still pretends to be pure, she really doesn't seem like that to me. Kikyou is mean to Kagome, even though Kagome is really nice to her. Sometimes Kagome is too nice for her own good. I even think that Kagome would make a better priestess than Kikyou. Kagome wants to help people, when Kikyou wanted to just be an ordinary woman.

I don't hate Kikyou (Well, sometimes I do). It is true that her character is tragic and she's gone through a lot of crap, and she's strong too, but that makes her a loner. I like Kikyou's character much better as a loner, so that's what she should be. Kikyou should stop meddling with Inuyasha and causing grief to Kagome!

I like Kagome better; she's the main character, and I love how she's the one that got to go back in time (I love that sort of theme!). I hate how Kikyou meddles with Inuyasha and Kagome's budding relationship, and how she cause's so much trouble for the world simply because she wants Inuyasha to go to hell with her. Plus, it annoys me how she's still up and at it. She died, and should stay dead.

I voted Kagome, since I harbour a deep grudge against Kikyou for various reasons.

However, if you really want to know who I think is best for Inuyasha...............

I'd say Kaede. But that's just me being evil to Inuyasha
