Hehe. It looks like Obama is winning. Do you Americans have a Green party?

We do, but in the end, most people vote republican or democrat so that point is moot.

I don't honestly think that obama is going to win. People are all for him, but when it boils down to voting time, they are going to go with skin color over who would make the best president, people are still racist, this new generation is better then the older one, but the majority of voting will probably be older people, ones that grew up racist or in racist households.
(And I don't mean this in a racist way, but I know an african american that said quote: "We don't need no black man runnin' this country.")
Also, those hybrid cars that Pip mentioned on page 2, we would continue working on them, but they are expensive to create, which makes them expensive to buy, which makes people stick with their old gas guzzler until it totally dies.
Also, where are we getting the money to work on these hybrid cars? I'll tell you, this country borrows from its self. We borrow from us, and then we can't pay us back, we don't have the kind of money to get this nation out of debt to other countries. We borrow from ourselves to get ourselves out of debt, by raising taxes, but then we end up so far in the hole that we cant dig ourselves out of it, and instead of taking a break and saying "Hey, we're in a hole" We keep digging hoping to pull ourselves out, just getting ourselves deeper. The ones that want to be president say that they will fix health care, but where do we get the money to do this? Thats right, we dig the hole deeper borrowing from ourselves again.
(Would say more, but I have to go now.)

thats actually very similar between our last election. People only voted for Rudd because they wanted change, not based on his policies. People KNEW that if he got elected prices would raise everywhere and life would be difficult. So it boiled down to two people. John Howard, who cant even stand up for his own country, he only sent our troops to Iraq because he knew that America would blow us up if he didn't send them. Or Rudd, the tyrant of supermarkets, petrol, and a carbon pollution reduction scheme which makes no sense whatsoever
